The new upcoming DLC for both L4D1 and L4D2 will feature the players taking control as the beloved L4D1 survivors: Bill, Francis, Louis, and Zoey. The DLC will also have an official revamped version of the campaign No Mercy from L4D1 ported to L4D2.
Other than this video, not much else has been revealed about the DLC as of now.
Finally, this day we are able to change the horrific view models Valve released in Left 4 Dead 2. No longer will you be holding your SMG next to your ear. A lot of dumb people are thinking this is against VAC, but it isn’t.
So it appears someone has managed to add a completely custom/hexed/NOT A SKIN melee weapon into L4D2, he says it uses separate files and everything. If you’re Irish or something and have no idea what melee weapon you’re seeing in the screenshots, it is a sledgehammer.
A soundpack I made. Replaces the voices of all special infected in Left 4 Dead 2 with the voices of most Team Fortress 2 Classes. Scout for Hunter, Smoker for Sniper, Demoman for Male Boomer, Medic for Female Boomer, Engineer for Charger, Spy for Spitter, Soldier for Jockey, and Witch for Announcer.
I did not do the tank because it has already been done with the Heavy at use for his voice, see the download for that in the video annotations. Much thanks for Fox for ‘remaking’ the video in HD! And cheers to Erinswish for the original Smoker Sniper that I rebuilt and modified for L4D2 when it was originally made for L4D1. When you install these sounds, it is a must to do “snd_rebuildaudiocache” in console and restart L4D2.
Before you go thinking the title was serious, it’s a joke. ImposterWerg made a funny short video of “what really happened to the old survivors” of Left 4 Dead 1. I highly suggest watching it, it’s hilarious!
I really love these kind of machinimas/GMod videos. They’re so simple, yet quite entertaining.
Valve accidentally(?) forgot to encrypt the introduction theme music to all the campaigns, so they were pretty much leaked. Here they are from the first campaign to the last one!
