Well i wasnt really gone, but i had very bad internet problems, it was stuck at 9 kb/s max,  so i couldnt really do anything (i couldnt access this blogs admin panel for example).

My speedtest result, it should have been 32 Mb/s down and 2 Mb/s up.

All i could do was access text-only sides, i had to turn picture loading off in firefox options otherwise it would have taken ages to load a page, downloading something or streaming a video was pretty much out of the question, and it made me rage, it was like this for a week, my provider “Kabel Deutschland” kept telling me they would fix it “tomorrow or the day after tomorrow” (Hey, thats what you told me yesterday!) Seems like i had to make a rage call first and tell them how much their service sucks before they finally fixed it, a few hours after that call it was finally back to normal, hooray!

So i can finally play stuff like tf2 with my babe again, yes, i couldnt download that damn tf2 update, would have taken days. With my fixed internet it downloaded at 20mbit/s and took less than a minute.

Speaking of playing stuff together, i bought Gears of war 2 for xbox 360, so we will play that together in coop sometime soon, probably this weekend, the game came with free 48 hours xbox live gold, so we should be set. The game is banned in germany so i had to import it from GamesOnly.at, cost me 55€, i would have preferred to order it from amazon.co.uk for 30€, but since i dont have a credit card, i had to do it that way, but it was worth it.
